Job Summary

Responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate import, export activity by daily working with third party Customs broker at GE factory;
- Be responsible for customs clearance process. Evaluate broker’s performance to ensure the sufficient service provided and follow GE’s compliance policy;
- Analyze customs policies, import, export regulations and favorable policies of Vietnam
- Monitor inbound and outbound transportation;
- Create a good communication with related functions for daily incoming material, delivery and shipping product;
- Track the arrival of international shipments, prepare documents and coordinate/resolve problems to ensure the on-time arrival of shipments;
- Supervise the creation of shipping documents for customs process (Commercial,
Invoice, Packing list…);
- Responsible for establishing procedures for customs process;
- Monitoring the transportation of material to ensure the cost efficiency and safety;
- Ensure the logistic operation is fully complied with EHS to ensure the safety of Contractor, Road transportation, Loading, unloading, storage, shipping.
Job Requirement

- University/college degree in Economics, Foreign Trade;
- At least 01 year experience in working as the same position in foreign/Joint venture company;
- Good knowledge with customs clearance and international logistics;
- Creative & ability to work in flexible time;
- Good communication in English;
- Good warehouse experience in Vietnam customs regulations;
- Ability to work in flexible time;
- High ethical standards.
