Export and Logistics Manager

* Export Functions are
Contact Korean HQ trading department and customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs
Help Korean HQ and customers understand (Vietnam) import/export process based on the their needs, products specifications, and regulations
Answer managements/customers questions about price, stock availability, and
production/import/export schedule
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreement
Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for production
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Gather data about consumers, competitors, and (global/local)market conditions
Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
Prepare reports and present results to clients or management
(including the company’s parent organization, Chung Yang Foods, Korea)
Negotiate or approve contracts and agreement with management

* Logistics Functions(inbound&outbound) are
Responsible for (all) each step of import/export documentation, including documents required from governments, local laws, specific departures/destinations, and private business sectors
Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other required shipping documents
Record information such as cargo amount, weight, dimensions, and time of shipment
Work closely with “Stock/Production Managers”
Create, manage, and achieve the overall logistics, with full understanding of import/export business (especially, agricultural product)
Familiar with laws, regulations and policies, regarding import/export business
Work individually or in a team to check trade terms and payment terms while cooperating with banks
Keeping things in order for all kinds of import/export documents data and files
Report to management regularly on weekly basis and monthly basis for Korean HQ/customer transactions and details

Minimum B.S. degree. Management/Trading major or related field
3years or more in import/export & trading companies as a manager
Outgoing and energetic with a great service mind
Excellent English proficiency (both speaking & writing)
Computer literacy: MS Office and more
Great attention to details, meticulous and methodical
Ability to handle multitask and to work in a fast pace work environment
Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations
Be honest and ethical
Work full-time/ Flexible to work long hours
