Production Supervisor

Lead and organize related production team, fulfill production task with high quality under safe condition, make sure delivery on time, implement continuous improvement and better communication between management and shop floor
• Evaluate and plan in advance to ensure that the respective production area is properly equipped with necessary resources to achieve the company targets
• To reinforce company rules with special emphasis on safety. Responsible for house-keeping and cleanliness of the workshop to create a safe and clean environment for employees and as a basis for good quality
• Ensure timely execution of production schedules and on time delivery, and meanwhile to ensure quality level and efficiency performance. Follow up with related functions to achieve optimal production performance
• Advocate and enhancement of company culture; Encourage continuous improvement on quality, safety and efficiency; Foster cooperation and teamwork among the whole team
• Develop on-the-job training plan with skill matrix for first line staff, implementing the training, and assessing after the training, so as to ensure that employees are well trained and certified before taking up their posts.

Educational qualifications: Degree holder in engineering
Relevant experience

• At least 5 years in production. Minimum 3 years in managerial position.
• Work experiences in chemical, mechanical or electronics related industries
